STRENGTHS:. Sebastian has the ability to manipulate gravity on a grand scale, with a wave of his hand he can crush buildings, throw heavy machines like toys and stop any projectile fired around him. He is also protected by an anti gravity aura at all times that makes projectiles useless against him. The aura itself only reacts to high velocity projectiles which allows Sebastian to walk around without hurling everything into the air. Sebastian can also concentrate gravity in a specific area creating a black hole of sorts. He also can manipulate the gravity around himself and other people allowing him to transport large groups of people with ease along with protecting his allies from his attacks and ensuring his enemies demise
WEAKNESS: Sebastian can not control his power in his sleep causing him to levitate and leaving him vulnerable to attack in his sleep and risking harm from falling when he wakes which is why he sleeps with binding holding him to his bed, when awoken he can destroy these binds easily

OVERALL. Ever since he was a boy, Sebastian always wanted to be a hero like his father who died when he was six years old. After he graduated high school, he enlisted with the marines and loyally served his country for years. That was until he learned of G.A.D.E.M. Sebastian was chosen along with others in his squadron to be trained as mutant hunters for the organization, but Sebastian was disgusted by the suffering inflicted on Mutants at the hands of G.A.D.E.M. As he angrily refused their offer, objects began to float and Sebastian realized he was a mutant.
Sebastian was quickly captured and thrown in a cell and tortured, however G.A.D.E.M made a mistake, seeing him make objects move through the air, the agents thought he had telekinetic abilities and locked him up as such but were completely unprepared for a gravity manipulator. Breaking out of his cell, he slaughtered the staff and agents leaving no survivors and freeing the imprisoned mutants. Those prisoners became the beginning of his army, taking weapons and repurposing the agents uniforms to create the Mutant Militia. An organization dedicated to the liberation of mutants and the destruction of G.A.D.E.M and their supporters.
