STRENGTHS:.Rhett can psychically control an army of dolls toys and mannequins.  He can evenmanipulate dead human bodies as long as they have no living soul.  He can not take over a living body but he can manipulate a dead body just as a oversized doll.  When controlling the dolls or mannequins they can detach their limbs and those severed limps animate too as if they are still part of the toy itself.
WEAKNESS: Rhett can only control a certain weight limit of toys and creations.  He can control an entire army of toys and dolls as long as the combined weight limit of his army doesn't exceed two thousand pounds.  These includes human bodies and mannequins as well.  Rhett can control mulitple dolls and his own actions at the same time but it takes more foucs.  If one of the dolls he is controlling become injured he will feel the pain from it himself.

Rhett grew up under the loving care of two mothers.  He had a decent childhood.  He wasn't abused or neglected.  Still he grew up to become an asshole.  He just likes fucking with people.  Rhett has an anti social personality and a predisposition for violence and chaos.  He doesn't keep in touch with this two mothers who were actually supportie of his mutation.  

Rhett robs banks and fucks up stuff for his general amusement.  He is wanted by the police and has several bodies to his credit.  He doesn't mind breaking the law or the rules in the name of fun.  Rhett has a few companions he usually keeps with him.  A fucked up dirty teddy bear, a ventriloquist dummy and a silcone sex doll.  With constant animation he is able to actually create sentient personalities within some of his manipulations but even if they retain individulalized personalities from constant reanimation they still depend on Rhett for life.  Without him they become inanimate objects again.
