STRENGTHS:. Regina's mind works at an alarming rate. She can calculate and predict probabilities at a level so fast it almost borders on precognition. She has complete mastery over her own mind. She is able to adjust chemical levels in her brain, shut off pain receptors and tune out emotions completely to the point of being cold and heartless. She simply doesn't feel the emotion if she doesn't want to. More than this she can use her mastery over every brain driven function in her body to channel blood flow to her ears to increase her hearing. She can up her adrenaline for a short burst of speed or strength. Regina can even read minds and communicate telepathically. She has tapped into something far greater than simply being smart. She, through concentration she can move objects with her mind.
WEAKNESS: The stresses of her mental capacity puts a constant strain on her. She suffers nose bleeds frequently and if she overuses his abilities she can cause herself to brain hemeraphge or even die. Regain constantly is overwhelmed by the constant stimuli coming flooding into her awareness. She has to drink and do drugs just to level herself out.

OVERALL. Regina can become easily bored. Her mind works at such an advanced rate that it is hard to hold and captivate her attention. More often than not she is doing some sort of drugs or alcohol to counteract the results of her abilities to live at a more normal range.

OVERALL. Regina's family were decidedly anti-mutant. When it was discovered that her older sister Julie was a mutant she was given up for adoption. Before Regina and Julie ever even really had a chance to meet each other. Julie was only a year old at the time she was given away and Regina was not even born yet. Regina's abilities never manifested in such an obvious way that she was labeled as a mutant. She was very gifted and in advanced placement classes in school, but that was attributed to hard work rather than mutantion. Regina eventually learned the truth about her sister and never forgave her parents. Eventually Regina hooked up with the fools dice club finding a surrogate family and never looked back. She still wonders sometimes who her sister is. All she has to go on is the name Julie.
