-She’s able to use it as a weapon either by firing clusters of fire or a steady stream of flames.
-She can sense heat or fire in her vicinity albeit only in a 100 feet radius.
-Able to negate pre-existing fires, regardless whether they were created by her or not.
-Able to shift fire into a tangible form.
-Able to create and manipulate heat without the ignition of a flame.
-Able to heat air around objects in order to move them at will but 80% of the time she ends up incinerating the item.
-Able to fly using her ability, although not for excessive amounts of time or to cover large distances.
-Fire does not harm her as long as she holds her focus.
WEAKNESS:
-Kiara can be harmed by fire if she loses concentration.
-Cold temperatures often end up negating her abilities to some extent, she’s fairly weakened in winter months.
-Use of her ability can turn severely catastrophic if she allows her emotions to get the better of her.
-She cannot conjure fire in an environment that is lacking oxygen, the fire simply won't be sustained.
-Water is as much her weakness as cold temperatures and if she's soaked she's weakened in relation to the use of her ability.

She has several almost ritualistic tattoos simply because they're aesthetically beautiful to her along with a distinct scar that healed badly over her right palm.
OVERALL.
Kiara looks somewhat like her mother with pitch black hair that curls down her back and dark brown eyes. She doesn't resemble her father much but she does share several of his personality traits. Kiara has a slender body with curves in all the right places and her skin is beautifully traced with almost ritualistic tattoos she chose simply because of a rebellious streak and learned ultimately to love the look of it all.

Lara is a highly adaptable individual, in both good and bad circumstances. She’s able to wiggle her way out of tough situations with ease. Her adaptability is highly challenged by steadfast determination. Nothing and no one steps between her and her goals and lives to tell about it. Even though she’s not much of a social person, she’s loyal to a select few people. Although she doesn’t lie about much, she tends to be really good at it considering her line of work. She’s willing to double cross people for her own, selfish reasons. While being fierce is one of her best qualities, she can also be prone to violence should the need arise. Lara is also known to be highly distrusting of new people, it takes a whole lot to win her over.

Kiara grew up wishing for nothing, her parents spared no expense to keep her happy. When she was 14, her abilities manifested in a horrifying fire that left her father without half a face and her mother filled with absolute hatred. She caught wind of her parents calling GADEM and decided in a split second that there was simply one solution. She made a bold move and ran for it before she ended up being taken away from a family she though would never crumble, sadly she was still a child and life on the streets were nearly impossible. By pure luck she ended up trying to pick the pocket of a stranger in hopes for enough money to buy a decent meal. Impressed at her efforts, he turned out to be an experienced thief gambling in antiques and irreplaceable art who happily took her in.
For years Kiara perfected her techniques, she turned out to be a highly capable thief with a taste for every challenge. Nothing was too out of reach for her, when her mentor and father figure died at the hands of an old business partner, she had no choice but to run. The man had powerful friends and a lot of money, despite hardly knowing the asshole, he had an intense desire to burn away anything that reminded him of her mentor. Knowing there was someone out there who wanted her dead only helped her grow stronger in her ability with every day that passed. Kiara waits patiently for the right time to act on the deep desire for revenge but for the time being, the running never stops, and neither does the stealing
