POWER: Fire Force Aura Manipulation
STRENGTHS:.   Hoxton has the ability to manipulate his aura.  By doing so he can draw it out of his body and into the atmosphere.   His aura contains of so much raw kinetic energy that when it touches the air outside his body it literally combusts and bursts into flames.   This is not a sentient creature.  This is not some loving living thing that he controls.  It is his highly flammable aura and nothing more.  It can take any shape he chooses to form it into, though Hoxton will usually form it into a giant bird. 

His aura is his emotions and feelings and though it is not living it will appear to be sentient.  If Hoxton is enraged the fiery aura appears more vicious and screeches.  If he is happy his aura seems to be more carefree and aloof.  Giving the impression of life where none exists.  Hoxton's aura burns brighter depending on the severity of the emotions he is feeling.  Hoxton's aura burns brightest when dealing with feelings of love.

Hoxton's aura is forever tethered to him, and he to it.  He can only go so far away from his aura and it can never escape him. They are connected by an unseen strand, invisible and supernatural but binding. The fiery touch of his aura does not burn Hoxton, or those he has positive feelings for.  Though, those associated with negative emotions are burned by the flames that reach temperatures well over the melting point. 

If he choose Hoxton and physically touch and pet his aura.  He sees it as more of a pet than anything.  Hoxton doesn't understand the connection of emotion and harmony his powers create  He is not even entirely sure this creature that comes from within him isn't somehow alive.  It's hard to tell even to him.

WEAKNESS: When weak or injured Hoxton's aura is the same, weak.  The flames will not burn as hot.  The tether that connects them becomes much shorter.  When close to death Hoxton's aura has to stay right by his side.  If close to death and his aura wanders too far he can slip from this plain and shuffle off to the afterlife.  

Sometimes, not always but sometimes; his aura does not listen to him.  Sometimes when he has conflicting emotions the creature of flame seems to have a mind of it's own.  Like a pokemon that will not listen to it's trainer.  Hoxton tries to be calm and collected but sometimes his emotions get the better of him.  This is particularly bad in high stress dangerous situations.

His aura attack range is also only roughly the size of a football field.  He can not break the tether that connects him to his aura.  Though when in perfect health the tether becomes longer and he can cast his more vibrant aura to the length of a city from end to end without consequence, though if he gets hurt while his tethered aura is far away his vitals will start to crash and he will circle the drain unless his aura returns quickly.

OVERALL. Leather Saints jacket and a pair of jeans is the usual decor.  Floyd usually has a cigarette in his mouth.  He smokes way too much.  His hair is usually slicked back and neatly presented.  He is the epitome of calm.

OVERALL. Hoxton is usually the voice of reason for his club.  He doesn't fly off the handle, and never does he over indulging in partying.  He drinks, sure, but he does it responsibly.  He never gets so wasted he can't stumble back to his bed at night.  Hoxton is a member of The Black Saints and is one of their more trusted members.

OVERALL.  Floyd didn't come from a broken home.  He wasn't the product of neglect.  In fact, he had a very happy childhood.  His parents even did their best to show their support when they found out he was a mutant.  His little brother Jimmy however was jealous.  Jimmy was not a mutant.  And Jealous of Floyd's abilities Jimmy tried to kill his brother, unsuccessfully.  

It wasn't until Floyd grew up and his love of motorcycles caused him to join the saints that he met his girlfriend.  Abigail Carter.  Damn she was beautiful.  And more than that she was the thing that kept him honest.  Kept him humble.  Floyd never forgave his brother for trying to kill him, though he does still keep in touch with his parents.  His brother most certainly not be invited to the wedding.
