STRENGTHS: Kemper can breath two different types of gases. One is Chlorine gas that if at a high concentration can kill someone within minutes. The other is a nerve gas that can paralyze and sedate someone so she can get away or if she wanted she could steal what she wanted and get away. Her lungs can also hold a larger capacity of air than normal humans so she can fill a whole room if she wanted to.
Weakness: Kemper can only single out the two specified chemicals for her miasma. The bigger the cloud of gas the less potent it becomes so getting up close and personal is best for the most out of her powers. If sent back into her own face she can get harmed by her own power.

OVERALL. Kemper has always been a bit of a trouble maker. She has never been an easy child. It's one reason why her parents haven't shown her on camera with them unless they bribe her with whatever she wants. However, getting things that easily has become so boring.
Recently though she has become a dancer and asset to the fools. With her miasma emissions she has been able to blackmail, threaten and even persuade others to be of help to them while dancing and having fun teasing the boys as she dances on the poles for a little extra cash.
